Buel Edward Baumgardner

He was born July 2, 1928 in Doniphan, MO the son of George and Florence Baumgardner. He married Jacquelyn Tate in 1949. She preceded him in death in 1994. He later married Jean Wachter who survives him.

Bill is also survived by three children; Debby (Jack) Suess, Dave (Sue) Baumgardner and Mindy Idell, five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Bill worked at a number of occupations over the years including owning and operating Regal Auto Sales in Rockford. He retired from Humphrey Cadillac & Olds.

A visitation will be held at Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park on Sunday December 18, 2011 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm. Funeral Services will be held Monday December 19, 2011 also at Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park at 10:00a.m., entombment will take place immediately following services at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Machesney Park.
