Corinne D. Bennett

Corinne Diane Bennett, 68, of Caledonia, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 8, 2023. Corinne was born to MaryAnn (Soulier) and Boyd Boyer on September 17, 1954, in California. Corinne married Lyle Bennett on October 19, 1973, at Redeemer Lutheran Church. They later attended Concordia Lutheran Church together. She was a Pharmacy Technician at OSF Saint Anthony for over 17 years before retirement. Corinne enjoyed sewing, gardening, playing her keyboard, and shopping for jewelry. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to St. Maarten.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Lyle; children, Charlene (Ryan) Wilson, Delinda (Derek) Jones, and Kyle (Melissa) Bennett; grandchildren, Jared Bennett, Joscelyn Bennett, Bryce Beyer, Alana Bennett, and Landon Jones; siblings, Teresa Baca, Beverly Ulmer, Marilyn Boyer; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Matheau Paul Bennett; brother, Guy Boyer.

Services for Corinne will take place Saturday, April 15, 2023, with a visitation starting and 10:00 A.M., and a service to follow at 11:00 A.M., at Concordia Lutheran Church, 7424 N. 2nd St., Machesney Park, IL, 61115.
