Debra Dougherty

Debra L. Dougherty, 63, of Rockford passed away Wednesday October 25, 2017 with her loving family at her side. Debra was born on August 22, 1954 in Rockford, the daughter of Dorothy L. (Meyer) and William T. Johnson, Sr. Debra attended St. Anne Chapel at Presence Saint Anne Center.

Debra is survived by her son Justin (Fiancé's Alexis) Dougherty; sister Diane (Tom) Kisting, brother Jim (Noi) Johnson, sister Sally (Pat) Roscoe; nieces and nephews: Mike (Hilarie) Roscoe, Stacie Roscoe, Jeremy Johnson, Christian Johnson, Melissa Kisting, Teresa (Cory) Kisting, Kevin (Sam) Kisting; great nieces and nephews: Callie, Katie, Sophie, Tessa, Tion, Joey, Christopher, Kyson and Kara.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy and William; brother William T. Johnson, Jr. and nephew Tommy Kisting, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Presence Saint Anne Center.

A service to celebrate Debra's life will be 11:00 am on Monday October 30, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park; visitation for Debra will be from 10:00 am until service time on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
