Elizabeth Pounders, 61 of Rockford IL, passed away January 2, 2020. She was born in Rochelle, IL on October 18, 1958 to James and Ruth Pounders. Elizabeth was an animal lover and had a special place in her heart for her pets. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She is survived by her child, grandchildren, and siblings, whom she loved dearly.
