Frieda L. Nolan, 96, of East Moline, IL, passed away peacefully, Saturday evening, April 6, 2024 at Hope Creek Care Center. She was born February 15, 1928 in Sharon, WI, the youngest of 12 children. Frieda married the love of her life, Maurice Nolan on January 15, 1955. She was employed as a machine operator at SEMS for many years. Frieda’s family was the most important thing in her life and she will be missed.
Frieda is survived by her sons, Duane (Leslie) Nolan and Dean Nolan; grandchildren, Kathleen (Lance) Lefebure, Sydney (Torre) Gerritsen and Jamie (Jason) Thompson; great-grandchildren, Jack, Luke and Vaughn; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Maurice, daughter Judy Weigand, son Ray Griffin, and daughter-in-law, Jessica Nolan.
A private family service will take place. Private family burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Machesney Park, IL.
