

Gerald graduated Pasco High School in 1957, and went on to become a quality control specialist for Chrysler Automotives.
In 1962, he married his first wife Martha in Rockford, Illinois. Together they started a beautiful family, raising two daughters.
Gerald was an avid fisherman, he found peace on the water and contentment in life’s simple moments. When he wasn’t fishing, he could often be found tending to his garden. However Music and faith were the cornerstone in his life. He took great joy in singing at his church, and found deep meaning in being a part of that community.
He was especially proud of his role as an Abraham Lincoln impersonator, bringing history to life with warmth and humor. Through this passion, he met the love of his life, Judy, who portrayed Mary Todd Lincoln. Their shared performances grew into a loving partnership filled with laughter and devotion.
He was rarely without his beloved rescue dog, Lady, his loyal companion and constant comfort. He will be remembered for his kindness, his love of music and history, and the deep affection he held for his family, his faith, and Lady. His life was well lived, and his memory will be cherished always
Gerald is survived by his wife, Judy (Hewitt) Wubbena; daughter, Laura Ann (Dan Jr.) Chiodini; grandchildren, Elizabeth Duckett, Brandon Chiodini, James Schwager, Ashley (Chris) Molsberry, and Melanie (Chadwick) Bowser; brother, Paul (Sarah) Wubbena; numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Martha (Caluschi) Wubbena; parents, Paul Sr. and Emma (Arjes) Wubbena; brother, Jon Wubbena; daughter, Kimberly Cowen.
