He went on to marry the love of his life, Ruth E. Jensen on July 23, 1949, in Manlius, IL.
Grant was an employee of J.I. Case, and later for RPS District 205. He thoroughly enjoyed fishing, travelling, and spending time with his family.
He will be truly missed.
Survivors include his children, James (Jane) Meyer, Thomas (Tish) Meyer, and Frances (Kerry) Schaible; numerous grandchildren; brother, Giles; and sisters, Gloria and Gila.
Predeceased by his wife; son, Edward Meyer; parents; brothers, Gale, Gerald, Garth, and Gene; and sisters, Gladys, Grace, and Garnet.
