
— gave of his friendship and talents until his Heavenly Father
called him home on Wednesday, June 3, 2015. He trained and
became a Millwright Mechanic through the wonderful program at
Woodward Governor, he later worked at Sunstrand Machine Tool,
Advanced Machine Engineering, Warner-Lambert Co., and finally
Ingersoll Milling Machine. His labors of service to the community
included 8 years of volunteer to Hospice, he was a past Commander
of the United States Power Squadron. He had a passion for boating
and in his last days envisioned that he was on a yacht with all is friends and family.
Survived by sister, Edith; sons, David Paul Fricke and Stanley Thomas Fricke;
daughter-in-law Mika Shimoji; grandsons and best buddies,
Yoi Stanley Shimoji-Fricke and Pace Akim Shimoji-Fricke.
Preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice May (Schlaf) Fricke.
Funeral Service: 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 13 at Central Christian Church
