Jacqueline J. Barclay, 84 of Rockford passed away on July 2, 2014. Born on January 2, 1930 in Rock Falls, she was the daughter of John and Elsie (Hubbell) Moreland. She married Wesley Barclay on December 3, 1960 in Rockford.
She retired from Rockford Products after 24 years of employment.
Jacqueline enjoyed dancing, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Howard and Betty Barclay; step daughter, Darlene Barclay; 7 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren; special niece, Carol (Al) Slayton; special nephew, Jeff (Stacey) Slayton and their children, Shawna and Branden; special friend, Darlene Exline; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Predeceased by her husband, parents, step daughter, Doreen Schoenecker; granddaughter, Cynthia Schoenecker; sisters, Helen Fossum, Mary Lombardo, and Elsie Bennett.
