

James Ryland Webb, 48, of Cambridge, WI, passed away on November 1, 2012 at Rainbow Hospice Care of Johnson Creek, with his loving mother, Jean, by his side. Born on February 21, 1964 in Berwyn IL, he was the son of Dr. Richard and Jean (Marshall) Webb.
Jim was a graduate of Guilford High School, Class of ’82 and Black Hawk Technical College. He worked for the Cambridge WI School District where he drove a school bus and delighted in the daily interactions he had with his young passengers.
Jim had a bright and incisive mind. He had a keen interest in all things spiritual and unexplained, and an insatiable curiosity about all of life’s mysteries. Jim earned a private pilot’s license, and was trained in both aviation and auto mechanics. He enjoyed building remote controlled airplanes, biking, organic gardening, and spending time with his pet cats, Terra and Abby.
Survivors include his parents, Dr. Richard and Jean Webb; brothers, Richard M. (Judy), Steven (Patricia), and David (Gene Clapper) Webb; nephews, Aaron and Kevin Webb; niece, Kate Webb; uncles, Dr. Ryland (Wanda) and Stanley (Joy) Webb, and numerous cousins, relatives and friends.

Funeral service, 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 7, at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Road, Machesney Park. Rev. Bobby Sheets will be officiating. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. till time of services at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Hospice Care, 1225 Remmel Drive Johnson Creek, WI 53094.
