Janet was born in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas on a winter day and left us on a winter day in Las Vegas, Nevada. Between these two dates, Janet touched many people with her kindness and sense of humor. She married Paul Edward Ragan in December of 1964. They set up a little house in Rockford, Illinois and had one child. Tracy Lynn Ragan Hobart was born in 1969. Janet considers many of her nieces to be her “daughters”. Janet was a home maker and as Tracy grew up, she took up making custom draperies with her friend, Lynn Lyons. Janet was a voracious reader, she could not read enough regarding our country, history and biographies.
Janet is survived by her daughter, Tracy L.R. (David) Hobart; brother, Wiley Lynn Graham; nieces, Kay Trosper, Glenda Rothschadl, Patty Barrone, Nancy Graham, and many more. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Edward Ragan; brothers, Glendyn and Clarence Graham.
Our Hearts are broken. We will miss her wise cracks and sweet smile for eternity.
