Janice E. Randolph, 82, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Saint Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. Janice was born to Dorothy and Rodney Duchow on April 16, 1938 in Monroe, Wisconsin. Janice graduated from Juda High School in Juda, Wisconsin. On November 3, 1956, Janice married the love of her life Archie Randolph at Brooke Methodist Church in Rockford, Illinois. Janice was her family’s homemaker for many years. Janice spent her time with various crafts, playing cards (her favorite being Euchre), and crocheting things such as blankets. Janice was a proud member of the Moose Club and Grange Club for many years. Janice is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Archie; children, Mary (Bill) Swanson, Charles (Cheryl) Randolph, and Greg (Sue) Randolph; grandchildren, Rodney (Angel), Christine (Bill), Brandon and Jeremy; great-grandchildren, Austin, Joshua and Brycen; brother, Donald (Virginia) Duchow; sister-in-law, Shirley Duchow. Janice leaves behind many friends at Carriage Rehabilitation Center. Janice is preceded in death by parents, and brothers, Ronald Duchow and Dale Duchow. A walk-through visitation for Janice will take place Monday, November 9, 2020 at 1 P.M. until 3 P.M. at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 North Alpine Road, Machesney Park, Illinois, 61115. A private family service will follow. A burial will be conducted at a later Date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to establish a tribute at a later date.
