Jeffrey K. Crabtree

Jeffrey K. Crabtree, 52, of South Beloit, IL, passed away suddenly, Sunday August 31, 2021 at Beloit Memorial Hospital. He was born August 3, 1969 in Rockford, IL, the son of Kelly and Lois (Carr) Crabtree. He was employed at Crabtree Sand Prairie Auto for many years. Jeff loved fishing and spending time outdoors. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Jeff is loved and missed by his parents, Kelly and Lois Crabtree, loving girlfriend, Lisa Hammack; children, Tracy (James) King, Michael Crabtree, Jeremy (Jennifer) Crabtree, Christopher (Alejandra) Crabtree; grandchildren, Madyson, Jacen, Juliana and Emma; siblings, Dean (Mary Cox) Crabtree, Gary Crabtree, Tammy (Ed) LaBay, and Cynthia (Joe) Higgins; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and great-niece, Serenity.

A visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 10, 2021 at the funeral home.
