Jennifer L. Usrey, 40, of Rockford passed away January 12, 2015. Born February 5, 1974 in Rockford; she was the daughter of Wanda Castillo and Perry Wilhite. She married Michael L. Usrey on February 26, 1994 in Rockford.
A former employee of the city of Rockford, Jennifer worked in the Street Maintenance Department.
An avid reader, Jennifer enjoyed playing softball for many years, volleyball, and shopping.
Survivors include her husband, Michael L. Usrey; children, Breanna and Michael Usrey; mother, Wanda (Richard) Castillo; father, Perry Wilhite; special friend, Danille Templeman-Wilson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She was predeceased by her grandparents, James and Mattie Johnson; sister, Stacey Wilhite.
