Joann M Phillips

She was born May 22, 1945 in Richland Center, Wisconsin to the daughter of Clifford and Margaret Phillips.

She retired from Franklin Fueling Systems (FE PETRO) in Madison, Wisconsin as a Supervisor and moved to Woodstock, Illinois to be closer to her family. She loved to travel to Wisconsin to visit and enjoy time with her girlfriends. She always had a smile on her face and had the most generous, loving, and giving heart. She was a Wonderful Mother, Grandma, and Great Grandma. She will be forever loved and missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her only daughter Kellie Spencer (Randy Gerdes); her grandchildren, Bryan Spencer, Tyson (Gina Downey) Spencer, Michael Spencer (Amanda Garcia) and a great grandson Cristian Spencer.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, Lavern and Larry Phillips, and her identical twin sister, Joyce K. Phillips.

Funeral services will take place Sunday, February 28, 2016 at 2:00p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home in Machesney Park, IL, a visitation will take place one hour prior to funeral services. Burial will take place immediately following services at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Machesney Park, Illinois.
