Laura Charlene Donahue

Laura was born January 17, 1932 in Richland Center WI. to Joseph and Eleanor Replogle. Laura attended Baraboo Schools. Laura married John Donahue in 1953. They moved to Rockford in 1954. Laura was a long-time member of Water of Life Ministries. Laura was employed at Rockford Spring for 27 years where she made many lasting friendships.

Laura is survived by her children John (Julie) Donahue, Darlene (Edward) Scheuers, Evelyn (Dennis Lang) Towles, and Violet Mora. 10 grandchildren Lynda, John, Lisa, Carl, Mike, Adam, Jonathan, Dianna, Joseph and Brittany. Plus 13 great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and step sister-in-law Darlene Replogle. Also survived by her brother David (Patricia) Replogle. Laura was preceded in death by her husband John Donahue, her parents Joseph and Eleanor Replogle, brother Douglas Replogle, step brother William Replogle and step sister Margaret Stebbins.

Laura will always be remembered for her sharp mind and sense of humor. Laura also had a very strong work ethic.

Memorial Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 12 in Sunset Memorial Gardens, in Machesney Park, with Pastor Daniel Hernandez of Water of Life Ministries officiating. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the family.
