Linda Joyce Rodriguez, 69, Beloit, Wisconsin. passed away at Beloit Medical Center on March 18, 2012. She was born on June 29, 1942 in Brilliant, Alabama to Reduis and Ethel Franks. She is survived by her children, Lydia Ortega, Vera Vittorio, Samantha Rodriguez and Cleo Elena Rodriguez.
A priviate inurnment will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 N Alpine Rd, Machesney Park at 2pm on Tuesday, March 27, 2012.
