M. Suzanne Cunningham

M. Suzanne Cunningham, 73, of Rockford passed away on February 7, 2011 in Swedish American Hospital. Born on January 1, 1938 in Rockford, the daughter of Charles & Janice (Catlin) Nuss. Graduated from East High School. Member of the Unitarian Universalist Church in Rockford. She was recognized by the state of Illinois as a Senior Advocate at Alma Nelson Nursing Home. Survived by her daughter, Debra-Sue (Larry) Henning of New Milford, IL; brother, Robert ( Sharon) Nuss, of Rochester, MN; grandchildren, Julie (Bill Behling)Peterson and Michael (Erin) Henning; four great-grandchildren, Neal, Mackenzie, Elaine and Jaden; first husband, Ralph Webb of Sun City West, AZ; nephews, Gregory (Katie) Nuss of Stillwater, MN and Bradley (Rebecca) Nuss of Zumbro Falls, MN; great nieces, Anna Nuss and Bronwyn Nuss; great-nephews, Cole and Rhys Nuss. Predeceased by parents; second husband, Harold Cunningham; brother, Donald Nuss. Funeral Services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Unitarian Universalist Church, 4848 Turner Street in Rockford. Private family burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
