Maria G. Pratt

Maria G. Pratt, 88, of Roscoe passed away Monday February 19, 2018 at her residence with family by her side. Maria was born in Laredo, TX, the daughter of Guillermo Rodriguez and Delfina R. Rebulloso. Maria married Wayne V. Pratt on July 7, 1960 and he preceded her in death on April 22, 2004. Maria was retired from Xactdose and loved being a mom and taking care of Wayne. Maria enjoyed her Wednesday morning breakfast time with all of her friends from Xactdose. Maria is survived by her children: Kari (Joe) Bjorge, Kristine (James) Ray, Wayne Joseph Pratt (special friend Wayne Green), John Pratt (Tami Torrance) and Frances Schultz (special friend Myron Behrend); grandchildren: Lance (Audrey) Robinson, Caroline (Leif Johanson) Doty, Clayton Schultz, Shane (Mindy) Schultz, Ian Schultz (special friend Alexandria Kvistad) and Leah (Joey) Clapp; great-grandchildren: Sean Schultz, Hannah Robinson, Benjamin Robinson, Phoenix Vorwald, Seth Schultz and Slade Schultz. Maria was preceded in death by her parents, husband, siblings Generosa Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Juan Rodriguez, Guillermo Rodriguez and Delphina Rodriguez.

A service to celebrate Maria’s life will be 10:00 am Saturday February 24, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park. Visitation for Maria will be Friday February 23, 2018 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial on Saturday will be at Willwood Cemetery in Rockford.
