Marilyn Forrester, 85, died Monday, December 21, 2015 . Born February 11, 1930 in Huron, SD. to Albert and Katherine (Mason) Smith. She married Dolphus Forrester in1949. He preceded her in Sept. 1974.
Marilyn retired from the dietary dept. at Swedish American Hospital. She was an avid collector of dolls and collectible dishes. Marilyn spent her life in service to others as a devoted mother, wife and friend. She had a smile for everyone she met throughout her life.
Survivors: son, Lanny (Mary) Forrester; daughter, Karen(Alan)Icenogle; stepson, Relton (Ellie) Forrester; grandchildren, Cortney, Derek, Eric, and Lindsey (Chris); step granddaughter, Tammy; step great-grandchildren, Jessica, Kevin and Christopher. Predeceased by parents; stepson, Donald Forrester; siblings, Mildred, Dorothy, Arliss, Ralph and Marvin Smith
