Mary Jane Henry, 86, passed away peacefully March 18, 2017 in Fort Myers, FL. Born October 25, 1930, in Iowa, to Paul A. and Etta Mae Moore and attended school there. She married Warren E. Henry, Nov. 6, 1949. Mary Jane lived over 60 years in Machesney Park, IL. She was employed at Rockford Dry Goods for 15 years and Park State Bank, 15 years. She was a life member of Clifford Johnson V.F.W. Post 9759 Auxiliary, where she served as president and treasurer.
Survivors: daughters; Jackie (Steven) Chapman, Patty Peters and Carol (Tim) Grimm; grandchildren, Hanna Grimm, Michelle Melton, Troy Snider, Amanda Thomas, Andrew Thomas; numerous great- grandchildren; brother, Max A. (Becky) Moore; sister, Shirley M. Moore. Predeceased by: husband and father of the children, Warren E. Henry; son, Richard W. Henry; significant other, W. Dale Scott.
