Nancy L. Lutzow

Nancy was born on October 26, 1930 in Rockford, the daughter of Arthur George and Sarah Marie (Bryn) Carter. Nancy married Harold Lutzow and he preceded her in death on May 12, 1983. Nancy worked in the grocery business in her early years, she and her daughter Pam ran an in-home day care for 10years. Nancy balanced her career and family, taking great pride in her family and their accomplishments. The up-keep of her yard and house was very important, but always had time for her family.

Nancy is survived by two children, six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and one sister.

A service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be 10:00 a.m. Monday January 26, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of funeral on Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
