Nedra was a history teacher for decades and in retirement devoted a lot of time to researching genealogy for her own family and for others. She also loved to hand make quilts as gifts that reflected the recipient’s special interests. She had a gift for hospitality and opened her home to many people who needed one over the years. She was very passionate about her dogs and gave many a loving home. She had a hilarious dry sense of humor inherited by most of her family. Her family will miss her always, but rejoice that she is in Heaven with her savior Jesus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Silas and Elizabeth (Tiller) Hamilton; her siblings Lyle, Myron, Hazel, Ola, Olga “Cupie”, Betty, Norma, and Wanda; her husband of 30+ years and best friend of many more, Joseph Zagorski, and her oldest son, Dave Zagorski.
She is survived by her sister Barbara Meyer; her children Dan (Shirley) Zagorski, John (Lori) Zagorski, and Kate Zagorski; her grandchildren Mandy (Matt) Ross, Danielle (Josh) Foltz, David Zagorski, Joey (MacKenzie) Zagorski, Brian (Hannah) Knuth, Annie (Peter Sidebotham) Zagorski, and Laura (Abraham) Zamora; and fifteen great grandchildren.
