Pat D. Norman, 72, of Machesney Park passed away Friday February 24, 2017. Pat was born on July 21, 1944 in Rockford, the daughter of Keith and Doris (Glen) Williams. Pat married Lee Norman on October 31, 1962. Pat was affiliated with First Free Rockford, she loved gardening, going to the beach, traveling with Lee and spending time with her family.
Pat is survived by her loving husband Lee; sons Steven (Alisa) Norman and Chris (Michelle) Norman; daughter Tracy (Jeremy) Cartwright; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister Judy (Tom) Thomas. Pat was preceded in death by her parents.
A service to celebrate Pat’s life will be 11:00 am Wednesday March 1, 2017 at Sunset Funeral Home 8800 N. Alpine Road in Machesney Park. Visitation for Pat will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
