Patty F. Duggan, 67, of Roscoe, IL, passed away peacefully, Tuesday afternoon, January 10, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 14, 1955 in Hot Springs, AR, the daughter of Charles and Martha (Sharp) Hartoon. Patty graduated from Harlem High School, class of 1973. She married her sweetheart, Gary Duggan, on June 8, 1973. Patty worked for Barber Coleman until she and Gary started Duggan Painting. She had a love for animals, especially horses. Patty enjoyed collecting Barbie Dolls. She also enjoyed tending the flowers in her garden. Most of all, Patty adored her family and she will be missed.
Patty is survived by her loving husband, Gary; children, Jason (Lindsay) Duggan, John Duggan, and Jackie (Kris) Kline; grandchildren, Jaelyn, Katelyn and Jax Duggan; niece and nephew, Tosha Helms and Daniel Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Jimmy and Major Hartoon and sister, Eva Thomas.
A visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Rd, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
