Randolph Niehaus, 71, of Rockford IL passed away on April 7, 2021. He was born on March 10, 1950 in Rockford to Margaret and Raymond Niehaus. Randy was a dedicated father and a devoted partner for over 30 years to Rose Johnson. Born and raised in the Rockford area, Randy graduated from East High School class of 68. He went on to work for Chrysler in Belvidere. He retired from Chrysler after 30 years of service to the company. Randy was a talented bowler, and bowled professionally for a number of years with the P.B.A. He was an avid Bears fan, and loved trying his luck at the casino. He will be missed by many.
He is survived by his loving partner, Rose Johnson; son, Bob Niehaus; sister, Pam Andreen; as well as nieces Kim (Shawn) Pixler and Tammie Pasqual,
He is predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Margaret.
A limited walk through visitation is scheduled for Monday April 12 from 1-3pm at Sunset Funeral Home. Located at 8800 N. Alpine Rd. Machesney Park IL 61115. Burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
