Remember him as the great man he was and be happy that he is in a better place now. He always had a smile with a hand shake or pat on the back for everyon, Halso always showed interest in what you were doing weather he understood what you were doing or not it made you happy so he was happy for you

Far too many memories from the 21 years of having this blessing of a man in my life, to chose just one.. My grandfather was truly one of a kind and always will be in my eyes. The pure joy he expressed throughout every moment he had with friends, family, his grandchildren, was all so genuine. He was very proud of the family and life he and grandma had molded, and it’s going to be tremendously hard not having this man physically in my life anymore..
Give grandma a big hug and kiss for me papa, Rest In Peace. 🥺🙏

Uncle Roger was my moms brother. He was one of my mom’s little brothers that she looked after when they were growing up in the orphanage. She loved her siblings and felt responsible for them after their mother died. Uncle Roger was a good man who faithfully visited my mom every Saturday morning for numerous years up until she passed away. Even when my mom could not speak or move, I could count on him visiting! He was a wealth of information and he will be missed! Rest In Peace 😇
