Ronald James Hart

Ronald James Hart, 71 of Machesney Park, passed away October 13, 2014 at his home surrounded by his family. Born January 30, 1943 in Tomah, WI; he was the son of Riley and Eva (Verome) Hart. He married Judy Kay Wartgow on June 19, 1976.

Ron retired from Pfizer in 2002 after 26 years of employment.

He was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Judy Kay Hart, children, Ronald (Michelle) Hart, Trent (Ann) Hart, Tina Fagerstrom, Rick (Cindy) Fagerstrom, Donald (Dorthy) Johnston, Dawn Lindsay, and Linda (Terry) Haling; grandchildren, Bailie, Brock, Owen, Caleb, Ryan (Kelly), Ashley, Jared (Shannon), and Colby; great-grandchildren, Adriana, Aubrey, Kalie, Aden, and Rylee; brother, Kenny; sisters, Betty, Rita, Patty, Beverly, and Donna; nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, and siblings, Arja, Verna , Bernice, June, Arlieta, Bernadine, Carol, Anna, and David.

Funeral service 10 a.m. Thursday, October 16th, at Sunset Funeral Home, 8800 N. Alpine Road, Machesney Park; Chaplain Ken Schmoyer officiating. Visitation 6 – 8 p.m., Wednesday, October 15th and 9 – 10 a.m. Thursday, October 16th at the funeral home. Entombment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
