Ruth L. Hultgren, 80, of Rockford was reunited with her husband Raymond on Saturday, June 4, at the East Bank Center. Ruth and Raymond were married on April 30, 1949 in Rockford. Ruth attended Rockford schools and worked for National Lock until she became a stay at home mother. She was a girl scout leader for scout troop 346 throughout the 1960’6. Ruth enjoyed taking care of her home, her family and her pets. She is survived by her daughter; Vicki Hultgren of Rockford, siblings; William S. Hall of Mt. Morris, Lloyd Hall of Machesney Park, George Hall of Rockford, Babe Stonewall of Rockford, Virginia Peterson of Machesney Park, Brother-in-law; Wayne Johnson of Henderson, NV. Ruth is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond, brother Burl Hall, and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 11, at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 620 N. Alpine Rd. in Rockford. Bishop John Delavan will officiate the services.
