Sandra L. “Sandy” Staskal-Modloff, 59, of Rockford, IL, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 12, 2018 surrounded by her loving family after a short, courageous battle with cancer. My sister was always the life of the party. Whenever she was around you knew you were going to have fun and laugh a lot! She always had such a positive attitude no matter what curve ball life threw at her. I will always remember her laugh and her with a smile on her face. She was a very special person with a big heart and I love her dearly. I miss you Sandy! Say hi to dad for me:).
