Terry I Fountain

Terry Irene Fountain, 73, of Machesney Park IL, passed away, January 27, 2022. She was born on December 29, 1948 in Rockford to Robert and Lois Hullinger. Terry was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved to crochet and make afghan blankets for her family. Terry also loved gardening and was an avid reader. She and her husband, Doyle, enjoyed riding the Trike and going sightseeing. She will be missed by many.

She is survived by her husband; Doyle, children; Doyle Fountain Jr., Jamie (Gretchen) Fountain, Jason (Tina) Fountain, Kim Fountain, and Tim (Deb) Fountain, grandchildren; Danielle (Bobby) Rodriguez, Bryce (Becca) Fountain, Kayla (Amber) Fountain, Michael Fountain, Zachary Fountain, Morgan Hall, Bailey Hall, Shannon (Alex) Nelson, Jordan Fountain, Summer Harson, Hanna Harson, Kaylie Filipowicz, Kylie Filipowicz, Madison Fountain, and Jude Fountain, she is also survived by numerous great grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Mark and Melody Hullinger, and best friend, Judy Keen.

She is predeceased by her parents; and brother, Steven Hullinger, and grandparents; Samuel Tidiback and Irene Hyland on her mother’s side, and Lyle Forbes and Mable Forbes on her father’s side.

A visitation for Terry will be Tuesday 2/1/2022 at 1pm at Sunset Funeral Home. Located at 8800 N. Alpine Rd. Machesney Park IL 61115. A funeral service will follow at 2pm, Interment to follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
