Thelma lived most of her life in Rockford.
She is survived by her sons, Jim and Tim Booth; daughters, Denise Martin and Crystal (Bill) Jersky; 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Jo Schoppaul, Vi Molander, and Ev Rose; and a brother, Henry A. Truett.
Predeceased by her parents, husband, Frank Hansel; son, Steve Booth; and sister, Mary Lucille Scott, who passed away in October of 2013.
