ROCKFORD, IL. William Donald Congdon, 90, died Friday, July 10, 2015 in his home. Born May 9, 1925 in Monmouth, Il.. William was a member of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving in WWII. He married Virginia Gamber.
Survivors: sons, Donald (Beverly) and Robert (Pam); six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; family friend, Roy (Lisa) Garland. Predeceased by parents and wife.
