Barbara Ann Brooks, 75, passed away Wednesday, June 7, 2017. A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 PM Saturday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
Ms. Brooks was born in Wilkinson County, the daughter of the late Lillian Wilkinson Brooks and John Pinkney Brooks. She was retired from the Georgia Forestry Commission. She enjoyed working in her yard and flower garden.
Ms. Brooks is survived by her daughter, Robin Lee Smith (Marc) of Macon; grandson, Brent Hollis of Macon; brothers, C. L. Brooks (Shelby) of Ivey, and Jerrell Brooks (Jean) of Gray; sister, Frances Moser of Kingsport, TN; several nieces and nephews.
