I was so sorry to hear of your loss. I'm sure this is a time in your life where there is only one set of foot prints in the sand, when the good Lord is carrying you.

Where do I begin to express the love and respect I have for this woman. She helped shape the way I learned about academics, my faith journey, and my identity as a woman. She challenged me to become the best I could be with check-ins and laughter over the years. She would speak truth and life over me as I grew and changed. She always knew how to minister to me and I could count on her tailored life advice, which would fill my heart and head every time we left each other’s company. I wish I could tell her how much she shaped me into who I am today. But, she already knows. She helped tend to, prune, and water my expanding roots from youth into adulthood. She modeled to me how to become well rounded through her words, instruction, guidance, joy, care, and her beautiful spirit. Thank you for sowing into me, Aunt Bev. You will forever live in my heart and mind. I love you very much.

I knew Beverly several years ago as a colleague in The Bibb County School District. When I met her at Beth Yeshua a short while ago, we both realized that we knew each other. She was a kind and lovely person. May you be blessed by the beautiful memories you have of her.

So sorry to read about your loss. Beverly and I worked together at the BOE and spent countless hours together in meetings and working together on projects. She was a bright spot for me.
I wish she had been with you longer, but know we will see each other again in the presence of our Lord where there is no pain and no sorrow.
