I met a wonderful human being in 1978 named Billie, when she was still in high school and sometimes visited her sister Regina in Atlanta. she amazed everyone by her vision in life and her kindness to every human being and had positive impact in people’s life . She always earned a lot respect even at early stage of her life..I do not know how I found out she is gone and do not know why, but I know she is in a better place.. my deepest condolences to her sisters and close family and Friends.

Hi, just wanted to pass along condolences to the family. We knew Ms. Emma and the girls back in the Sixties and have fond memories.
Was sorry to hear of Jorena's passing a few years ago and now Billie .
The hardest part of getting older is losing family and friends. Best wishes from the Ross family in Byron.

I have never in my life met a woman like Billie. If you are reading this, you know her special qualities. But what you may not know is what she did for me. She woke me up. She inspired me. She made me want to be a better Christian. She worked her magic and got my boys to go to church with me. She changed my life. I am a stronger person now than before meeting her. She will always be with me. Always.

We remember Billie in the years when we enjoyed her sharing her faith and smiles at First Presbyterian Church years ago. We rejoiced when she met David and they sailed with us at Oconee Yacht and Sailing Club. She would have her crock pot cooking during the sailing time and share her bounty with children and precious grandchildren.

We will miss her, but look forward to a reunion in heaven.

So sorry to hear this. What a wonderful person!! My memories of Billy and her husband are with my granddaughter Kayla. They tried so hard for her, she loved them too, but addiction is a horrible disease for some to overcome! But still they were there when she needed them. I love them both! Heaven has gained an angel. RIP my friend!😢

I’m in such shock and utterly shattered to see this!!!! But I do know she’s home with God! The first time I layed eyes on her and her husband I knew they both were special! She helped my family so much and extended her hands to help my daughter several times! All the calls, prayers and big hugs she gave me and my family in our times of worry and doubt she comforted us with a loving prayer and hope for our daughter!!! I will never forget her and I’m sure there are countless others she’s touched as well! So now I extend my prayers to her husband, children and family in knowing what an angel she was on earth and will be in heaven! God gained a good one! Love you Billie with all mine n my family’s heart! My condolences to you all!
