Byron Ronald McKinney

Byron Ronald McKinney, 64, passed away on January 2, 2018 in a local hospital. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 6 at 3:00 p.m. at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue. Rev. Dewain Joiner and Rev. Danny Joiner will officiate. The family will greet friends from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Overalls and casual dress is acceptable. Ronald was born in Adel, Georgia to the late Byron and Kansas Joiner McKinney. He was a member of Northridge Baptist Church and Woodmen of the World. Ronald was a Systems Engineer at GEICO. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 45 years, Sue McKinney; daughter, Christina McKinney Fields (Richard), grandchildren, Matthew Hunter Fields and Heather Michelle Fields; sister, Sue T. Dyer; nephews, Michael and Rodney Townsend; and numerous extended family.
