Charles "Charlie" Scaife Bowdre, 66, passed away on Friday, May 9, 2025. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Bass Road with visitation following the service. Rev. Cass DuCharme will officiate. Burial will be private at Riverside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society, www.bestfriends.org or Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org
Charlie was born in Macon, Georgia to the late John Neville Birch Bowdre and Becky Watson Bowdre.
He is survived by siblings, Rebecca Bowdre Winkel (Terry), John Neville Birch Bowdre, Jr. (Karon), and his nephews, John Neville Birch Bowdre, III (Cayla) and Alexander Barrett Bowdre (MaryLou).
