Charlotte B. Thrasher

Warner Robins – Charlotte Burnett Thrasher passed away July 9, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 12 Noon at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with burial in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Ceil Mitchell, the Rev. Linda Gail Thompson and the Rev. Elick Bullington will officiate. The family will meet friends from 11 a.m. to service time at the funeral home and may be contacted at the residence.

Mrs. Thrasher was born in Bibb County to the late John Chester Burnett and Annie Maude Hancock Burnett. She was preceded in death by her sons, John Albert Thrasher and Thomas David Thrasher. Mrs. Thrasher was a member of Bloomfield United Methodist Church and was a teacher and a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Jodie Thrasher of Warner Robins; three grandchildren, David R. Thrasher of Warner Robins, Amber T. Wilkerson of Athens, and Wendy T. Payne of Jefferson, GA; great granddaughter, Ansley Payne of Jefferson, GA; her sister, Martha Jo Fountain of Culloden and several nieces and nephews.
