Cherie A. Rowell

Cherie Arnold Lankford Rowell, 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, February 16, 2014. A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at Martha Bowman United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tim Steffen and Rev. John Horton officiating. The family will meet friends following the service. Mrs. Rowell was born in Macon, Georgia to Betty S. Sanders and the late Robert Charles Arnold, Sr. She was a graduate of the class of 1968 from McEvoy High School. Cherie attended Martha Bowman United Methodist Church and was employed in the Medical Billing Department with the Medical Center of Central Georgia for twenty six years. She was a devoted and loving, daughter, mother, grandmother and sister.

She is survived by her son; Keith (Janice) Lankford of Byron, mother; Betty S. (Charles) Sanders of Lizella, two grandchildren; Terry Myers stationed at Camp Pendleton, CA, Heather Myers stationed at Fort Lee, VA, siblings; Janet Fuller of Macon, Chuck Arnold of Clayton, GA and Debora (Bill) Chambless of Macon and twelve nieces and nephews.
