Dorothy was born in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Grady Crawford and Velma Wynn Crawford and was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Joseph Arthur Vaske and great grandson, Joseph Benjamin Harden. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Janet (Don) Blackburn of Athens; grandchildren, Lori (Tim) Harden of Saint Simons Island, Donnie (Pam) Blackburn of Smyrna and Natalie (Todd) Hunt of Macon; great grandchildren, Rachel and Taylor Harden, Jacob and Jessica Blackburn, and Lainey, Nathan, Holly and Emily Hunt; brother, Warren Crawford of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sister, Marie (Mike) Reneau of Blairsville; and several nieces and nephews.
