

Eula Faye Dorough Culverhouse, 95, of Macon, Georgia went to be with her Lord surrounded by her family and friends on Sunday, July 5, 2026. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 2-4 p.m. in the Howard Community Club, 5645 Forsyth Road Macon, Ga. 31210. A private burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery. Reverend Joe McDaniel will officiate. The family would like to express their gratitude to Heartland Hospice, especially our nurse, April. We could not have walked these last few years without our amazing sitters, Karen Anderson, Teresa Sidney, Pearl Stephens, Rhonda Reese, Joyce Sadler, and Lisa Whitfield.
Born in Cordele, she was the daughter of the late James L. Dorough and Eula Sanders Dorough, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Culverhouse.
Early in her career, she was a registered nurse with Middle Georgia Hospital in Macon. After several years, she decided to dedicate herself to her family as a full-time wife, mother and “MeMaw”. She was a member of the Martha Bowman Methodist Church, Howard Community club, The Colaparchee Garden Club and was a Georgia Power Ambassador.
Mrs. Culverhouse is survived by her children, Debbie Davis(Harry) and Donna Hopkins(Jeff); Grandchildren, Bryan Davis(Katie), Jamie Baggarly(Brandon), Luke Hopkins(Stacy), and Casey Belknap(Andy); Great grandchildren, Corey Davis, Skylar McQueen, Joseph Parr, Landon Davis, Lindsay Lineberger, Kinsley Lineberger, Tayler Belknap, Chasity Wright, Madison Belknap, Ella Hopkins, Mallory Belknap, Ramsey Belknap, Noah Hopkins, Beckett Hopkins, Sadie Hopkins, Landri Belknap and Ruthie Belknap; Great great grandchildren, Braelynn Tallaksen, Beckett McQueen and Cason Wright.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations to be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
