Harold J. Seguin

Macon - Harold Joseph Seguin, 88, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012 at a local hospital. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church with entombment in Riverside Mausoleum. Father Allan McDonald will officiate. The Rosary will be said at 6 p.m., Sunday at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Cherry Street. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Capital Campaign, 830 Poplar Street, Macon 31201 or to Mt. de Sales Academy, 851 Orange Street, Macon 31201 or to Michael J. Fox Fund for Parkinson's Disease, Attention: Tribute Gifts Church Street Station, P.O. Box 780, New York, NY 10008-0780.

Mr. Seguin, son of the late Eugene Joseph Seguin and Orena Fleury Seguin, was born in St. Albans, VT. He was retired from the U.S. Air Force and was formerly employed by Jackson Mercedes, McNair Realty and Murphey, Taylor and Ellis. Mr. Seguin was an avid golfer. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Felicia W. Seguin of Macon; his son, John C. (Linda) Seguin of Roswell; his granddaughter, Catherine Marie Seguin of Roswell; his brother, Eugene Joseph Seguin, Jr. of Carson City, NV; three sisters, Sister Mary Margaret Seguin of Manchester, NH, Anna Seguin Lanoue and Mary Jane Seguin White of St. Albans, VT; his sister-in-law, Evelyn W. Barrow of Sun City Center, FL and several nieces and nephews.
