Helen Dew Harrison

Helen Dew Harrison, 90, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday in the Jeffersonville City Cemetery. Rev. Scott Dickison will officiate. The family will greet friends following the graveside services. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, 511 High Place, Macon 31201.

Mrs. Harrison was born in Wedgefield, SC the daughter of the late Jeanette Tallon Dew and Walter Lancolette Dew, Sr. She was the widow of Henry Faulk Harrison.

Mrs. Harrison worked in civilian personnel at RAFB and retired in 1973. She attended Wesleyan College and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harrison is survived by her sons, Henry Glenn Harrison and Henry Faulk Harrison both of Macon; grandchildren, Kristen Elizabeth Harrison and Georgiana Eileen Harrison; great-grandchildren, William Jeston Harris, Jr. and Gracelyn Elizabeth Harris.
