Jane Crawford

MACON – Jane B. Crawford, 69, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2010 in a local hospital. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue with the Rev. Alan Wheeler officiating. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 1160 Forsyth Street, Macon 31201 or to the American Cancer Society, P. O. Box 4408, Macon 31208. The family may be contacted at the residence.

Mrs. Crawford, daughter of the late Charles Berner Brown and Sarah Jewell Bonner Brown and was also preceded in death by her son, Bryan Crawford and her sister, Shirley Mascarenas. She was born in Albany and had lived in Macon most of her life retiring as secretary from the Medical Records Department of the Medical Center of Central Georgia. Mrs. Crawford was a member of Midway Baptist Church.

A loving wife, mother, and grandmother, she is survived by those she loved the most….her family….her husband of forty-eight years, Jim Crawford of Macon; her son, Keith Crawford of Macon; her daughter, Heather Howell of Centerville; five beloved grandchildren, Kory Crawford of Florida, Joshua Crawford of Gray, Katie Howell, Conner Howell and Emma Howell, all of Centerville; several nieces and nephews.
