Jeffrey Scott Shumate passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024. A Celebration of his Life will be held Monday, December 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Snow's Memorial Chapel, 1419 Bass Road, Macon, Georgia 31210, followed by a visitation. Burial will be private at a later date. Rev. Mark Magoni will officiate.
Scott was born in Macon, Georgia the son of the late Billy Shumate. He was employed by Kohl's Distribution Center and was a member of Martha Bowman Church.
Scott is survived by his wife, Angela Shumate; children, Jeffrey Shumate, Jr. (Ronda), Abby Shumate and Ally Shumate; grandchildren, Railyn and Riley Shumate; mother, Welda M. Shumate; brother, Craig Shumate.
Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
