Josephine “Jo” King Baugh, 91, passed away on Saturday, October 7, 2017. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at 11:00 a.m at Marseilles Cemetery in West Point, Georgia with the Dr. Michael Reeves officiating. The family will greet friends on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Snow’s Memorial Chapel, Cherry St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tattnall Square Academy, Golden Trojans, 111 Trojan Trail, Macon GA 31210.
Mrs. Baugh was born in Jacksonville, Florida to the late William Frank and Cora Daniel King. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Pearce Baugh, Sr. and her brother, William King. She was a member of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker. She was a devoted and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Tom (Kathy) Baugh, Pete (Sandy) Baugh, Jr. and Trude (Steve) Sansbury, 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
