Laura was born in Augusta, Georgia the daughter of the late Katherine and Dave Wright and was preceded in death by her sister, Lynn Sheppard and a brother, Dave Wright, Jr.
Laura is survived by her children, Alan Shelnutt (Maggie) and Kaja Kendrick (Sköt); grandchildren, Lilly, Alexis, Levi, and Lucas Shelnutt and Echo Kendrick; brother, Ricky Wright.
Snow's Memorial Chapel, Bass Road, has charge of arrangements.
