So sad of Faye's passing. Aunt Annie mae did God a favor raising so many beautiful children. I seldom visited with Faye . But I'm very much into family. She was a Beautiful lady inside and out. I'm Donald Davis ( of Johnnie and Florence Davis ) . living in Bulverde, Texas. I would love hearing from Shirley, Wallace, Little Buddy, James. Note my email---gatxrr@msn.com

My mother, Bernice Andrews, and Faye were sisters and extremely close.

Faye was like a surrogate Mother to me. She always took me to the doctor when I was little; I was terrified of shots and she always made it better.

While growing up, it was always so much fun spending time with Faye and Lamar. Faye had a huge laugh, and they loved to dance.

Faye had a passion for decorating and making her and other people’s homes beautiful. She instilled that passion in me.

It’s hard to believe that I can’t pick up the phone and call her. While we miss her sorely, she will be happy to be with Lamar, my mother Bernice, her sister Evelyn, her brother Earl, and her parents in heaven.

Thank you Faye for making my life better.
