I just read that Larry has passed away. I a truly sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of him in Mobile, while he was at NIH and in Martinez. I loved him dearly. He was so proud of you. He loved Notre Dame and cried so many times when they lost a ball game. I loved his smile and sense of humor. I am so sadden at this loss.

I will cherish the moments I had with him. He was a wonderful person to work for. His knowledge was very helpful to me with my situation. He gave me much information that I was able to direct to my Doctor and it truly helped. He will be truly missed. R.I.P. Dr. Freant.

I am so sorry to learn of Larry's passing . He was always such a sweet man who always had a smile on his face and even bigger when his beloved Notre Dame played and won. My prayers go out to his daughters for he talked about you both and his grandchildren quite often. Heaven has got a great surgeon angel now.

Dr. Freant was a GREAT Surgeon. I worked for him and enjoyed my time in the office with he and Sarah, but most of all, he totally saved my sweet Dad's life when he performed bypass surgery on Daddy. He was an awesome Surgeon with so much confidence in his work and so much knowledge in his mind!! Marshea and Yvonne...be so proud of him! He was awfully proud of you two! Give your sweet MOM hugs. ( he loved driving those big rigs, too and not telling folks he was "Doc!" That was always funny. Prayers!

I am very sorry to hear of Dr. Freant's passing. I felt a part of that family throughout my childhood and teenage years as Marshea, his daughter, was one of my best friends. Marshea was as much a part of my family as well. I spent many a day swimming in that pool with the mighty Notre Dame mascot painted at the bottom. My family's thoughts and prayers, as well as my own, are with Marshea, Yvonne, and Ms. Sarah. I love you all.
